Biography

Adam Mostow was born and raised in the city of Los Angeles, 1980. Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s in a low income single parent household with three siblings left resourcefulness and observation as key tools to his survival. With a bloodline spanning from Dutch, Russian, to Pacific Islander, and Cherokee Indian, along with being raised Jewish, Adam walks as a living reflection of his diverse city and lineage. The streets were his teacher, inspiration, and canvas. The little nature he had provided the same. His days as a young adult were spent in subcultures and their pastimes such as graffiti, pipe making and vision questing. These early traits combined with attending a local University’s Bachelor of Fine Art’s program in glass/sculpture, helped Adam sharpen his hand and design skills, thus contributing to the evolution of technique and craft, resulting in the actualization of his art.

Biography

Jamal Ahmed was born in 1955, graduated from institute of fine arts Dhaka university Bangladesh in1978. Advanced research course from academy of fine arts in Warsaw Poland from 1980-81. Learned Japanese language course from Osaka in 1982 then studied oil painting under Prof. Fumeiko Yamamoto of Tsukuba University Japan 1982-1984. Earned master of fine arts ( M.F.A) from Tsukuba University Japan 1986. Visiting teacher (Art and Design Dept.) North Carolina 1995. Awards received 2nd Acrylic Award at the 17th international miniature Art show Florida U.S.A 1992 Received 3rd prize in seascapes in the 7th international miniature Art show, Georgia Miniature Art Society Georgia U.S.A. 1992 Received 2nd acrylic award at the 18th international miniature art show Florida U.S.A. Present position: Associate-Professor institute of fine Arts University of Dhaka Bangladesh.

Biography

Julinya Vidigal De Vince is an internationally known, award-winning artist who has been teaching in the Los Angeles and Westlake Village areas for over fifteen years. Her talent has paved her way to some of the best, most renowned centers of art that the world has to offer.
Controlling a wide variety of techniques, and understanding their individual characteristics has made her an expert in many mediums. Extensive research, coupled with knowledge of the chemicals utilized in paint pigments, makes it easy for her to combine under-painting and over-painting to create a variety of unique artistic works.

Biography

Born in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1977. He began creating art at an early age. He remembers when he was six years old, finding a photo of his sister and sketching it. Obtaining art material was a challenge, but a simple piece of paper and a pencil were enough to experience the joy of creating art. After Marcelino’s family moved from Mexico to Santa Barbara in 1986, he received most of his art education in the Santa Barbara School system, where his teachers recognized and nurtured his artistic talent. With the opportunity to work with a variety of art materials and the support of art programs, he was able to create art and express himself as an artist. In 1995, Marcelino worked with Environmental Business through the Klein Bottle Youth Program where he found inspiration. Soon he began creating three dimensional art pieces from reused and recycled materials. Since then, his style has been focused on mixed media and assemblage. Collecting rusty metals, cigar boxes, jewelry, and other artifacts that he later converts into spiritual expressions. His artwork is inspired by the environment often utilizing common materials to create sacred artifacts. In addition to creating his own art, Marcelino teaches in schools and takes on apprentices in his studio.
